Life can be tough. If you are struggling, therapy can offer a supportive space where you can talk openly
Hello and Welcome
My name is Leanne and I am an accredited integrative psychotherapist (MA, UKCP, MBACP) practicing in Henley-on-Thames, Reading and online. I have over ten years’ experience working with clients facing all kinds of challenges. I am both a UKCP and BACP accredited psychotherapist. I have Master’s degree and Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regents University London. I also lecture at the Minster Centre in London where I teach humanistic and existential theory. My approach to therapy is welcoming and collaborative.
Many reasons may have brought you to here today such as a specific event like divorce or bereavement, or a more general sense of anxiety, anger, guilt or sadness. You may feel that your coping mechanisms and patterns of behaviour are no longer working for you or you may be experiencing health concerns such as panic attacks, insomnia, or long-term illness.
Whether you are feeling desperate or just have a small, niggling feeling that life could be better, I aim to provide a relaxed space where you can talk openly with someone supportive, genuine and impartial. I also offer low cost supervision.
